  1. And what will Poland be blamed for next? The sun not shining at night?

  2. If Ms. Mosbacher believes that the anti-defamation law increased anti-Semitism in Eastern Europe, she easily could have and certainly should have provided empirical evidence to the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee to support her assertion. Without supporting evidence, e.g., identify the countries and show their increases in anti-Semitic incidents, her assertion is not only worthless but also, although she apparently doesn’t realize it, insulting.

Note that Radio Poland says Rzeczpospolita reported the number of cases involving anti-Semitic crimes handled by prosecutors in Poland dropped from 208 in 2015 to 112 in 2017.

Googling “Rise of anti-Semitism in Europe” will show increases in a number of Western European countries as well as the U.S. Hungary is the only Eastern European country I saw mentioned.

By the way Ms. Mosbacher, nice beads.

  3. She also spoke in favour of Poland accepting a certain number of refugees.

I will be unabashedly cynical here: So, we Poles are "antisemites" because we are against being blamed for GERMAN crimes. Also we should let in "refugees"(99.8% illegal migrants eager to make your social security system their personal toy and to "enrich" (=colonialize) you with their "warm" culture)) who happend to be real antisemites/Jew-haters.

Wow. I think I have mentioned it already but Ive realized that the most important think on this planet are not other people-it is you. Not other nations-its your own.had Poland never taken in Jews we would not be in this terrible mess. At least lets not take in the next group of people who will never assimilate and cause intense harm and trouble to us. We have suffered enought. Next elections I will vote for the Ruch Narodowy (National Movement). No, I will not apologize. Polish Nationalism is not racist so there is nothing to be had against it. I want s.o who will say NO to the way we are treated. It is the only way to stop narcissists and psychopaths- the word NO!

Bieganski the Blog exists to further explore the themes of the book Bieganski the Brute Polak Stereotype, Its Role in Polish-Jewish Relations and American Popular Culture.
