Bieganski the Blog exists to further explore the themes of the book Bieganski the Brute Polak Stereotype, Its Role in Polish-Jewish Relations and American Popular Culture.
These themes include the false and damaging stereotype of Poles as brutes who are uniquely hateful and responsible for atrocity, and this stereotype's use in distorting WW II history and all accounts of atrocity.
This blog welcomes comments from readers that address those themes. Off-topic and anti-Semitic posts are likely to be deleted.

Please name one case of the alleged 'homophobia'. Western media and politicians quote hoaxes by Bart Staszewski, similar to Berni Sanders memes. Poland has big demographic problem, millions have left Poland for UK and Germany, and the government and some local governments support families with children. You find LGBT activists rather in Starbucks than in soup kichens for poors. The controversy has been started by government of Warsaw, which declared LGBT people creative.
ReplyDeleteThe picture is at least several months old, people wear summer or autumn clothes. Now the slogans say "Abortions is O.K.", "Free abortion", "F* off". Some time ago disabled persons were used against the government. Anything is acceptable to hit the opponents.
ReplyDeleteOk, I will allow myself to quote a great Polish gay activist, Waldemar Krysiak. Facebook "loves" him and has-again- deleted his account. Here is his new one, but, of course, he has, again, lost most of his subscribers.

Waldemar is campaigning for civic unions in a way, that has earned him a lot of respect in generally conservative circles. He also gets interviews in traditionalist Catholic!!! magazines like FrondaLux and invitations from organisations connected to....the Catholic church.
Why? Because he is a generally inteligent and agreeable guy with good arguments.Leftist hate him, because he is a Polish patriot and does not hate Poland, the Polish nation, the Catholic Church, Polish Culture or Christianity. How dare he!
Here is his take on Polish society: First of all-one must understand, that Poland is not: the US (with it's police hunting down gay people on Christopher Street) or Germany (for obvious reasons). Calling Poles "fascists" will never cut it. Poland is, basically, your conservative Dad:

This Dad is always incredibly stubborn, often he enrages you and sometimes, he is unfair...from such a Dad, you can get a whole lot, but only on good terms.Such a Dad needs to respect you before he sees the world from your perspective...but you (lgbt activists) do not behave respectful towards him. You want everything at once, here and now, and are not even able to say thank you.
He says that blackmailing Poland with "help" from foreign institutions/by sanctions will not achieve anything- change must always come from below, otherwise, it will easily be taken back in the future.
He ends with:So, instead of parading around on pseudo-religious processions
with a vagina instead of a monstrance, rather engage in creating a positive image (of homo/trans people).I know, that is hard work, but everything of value is hard work.
He is right. In general, I support improvements in the lifes of everyone, including homo/trans people. But, right now, I feel that we are being pressured from foreign countries who-as Jerzy has already said-believe in the hoax a gay? activist named Staszewski pulled of. That is neo-colonialism, imho. The only change in these municipalities is this: If you promote anything going against Article 18 of the Polish Constitution, you....are NOT entitled to taypayer money. That's it.Totally homophobic. Of course, everyone is "for human rights" and will sign it. It's free virtue signalling for i.e Japan, which, at this moment, does not think that Civic unions for homosexual people even are a thing.
I have experienced anti-Polish bigotry in a gay bar and on a gay parade (went there as an event). But hey, telling me that my country is a bigotted s...hole and handing me a list of farreaching demands (like free surogate moms for male gay couples) totally made me want to support the broad lgbtq agenda. Not.
We should not give in into blackmail. Because, in the future, the American Embassy will be very worried about the rights of...black people.Or Muslims. Probably Japan will sign again, a country with around 100 black people in toto (and several thousand illegal soujourners from Africa).Und not even 20 mosques.
How many homosexuals in Poland want civic unions? I have read somewhere that 20% only, but I am unable to verify the number. Political demands now are - removal of the government, unlimited abortion, f* off, nothing about civic unions. If the popular activist has many lovers, why should s/he select one of them? So the next step will be civic communes?
